Sometimes your followers just vibe more with certain types of content, so switching formats can throw them off. And honestly, timing matters a ton so posting when your audience isn't online tanks reach fast.

From my point of view, even a well-produced video can underperform if the topic isn't aligned with what your followers care about right now. Analyzing past top-performing videos for patterns like topic, format, or style can give clues. Also, optimizing for mobile viewing, adding captions, and using punchy, descriptive titles or thumbnails can make a big difference in keeping people watching and interacting. Small tweaks in relevance and accessibility often lead to noticeable engagement improvements.
 
Because you post a video doesn't mean there will much traffic. The only time the traffic is guaranteed is when the videos posted are actually engaging enough. This means the videos must have some values to give to the audience if truly the audience are to rate the videos.
 
One common reason is that the first few seconds of the video are not strong enough. If people don't feel interested quickly, they scroll away, and that reduces overall engagement. Social platforms also notice this drop and show the video to fewer people after that.
