During the week, people are stuck at work or school, so they're more likely to check their phones or scroll through stuff during breaks, including ads. But on weekends, they're busy hanging out, doing activities, or just chilling, so they spend less time online. Plus, there's a ton of fun, distraction-filled content popping up, so ads kind of get lost in the mix. Basically, weekends are for less screen time and more living life.

They believe that they have worked enough in the week days and need rest during the weekends. Because of that they may not relate much with their phones or any other devices during the weekends
 
I think weekends change how people behave online. During weekdays, many people are active because of work breaks or routine browsing, but on weekends they may spend more time offline or on different apps. That shift can make ads get fewer clicks or less attention. It's not always about your ad being bad, sometimes it's just audience timing changing.
