If your ad has a lot of stuff going on, it could take a bit more time to check everything. Also, sometimes it's just a small mistake, like missing details or wording issues, that slows things down.

Many advertisers think small exaggerations are fine, but platforms like Google flag them for review. From my experience, the best way to avoid delays is to keep your ad clear, accurate, and closely aligned with your landing page so there's no mismatch that could trigger a manual review.
 
Sometimes the delay is not really about your ad at all. High traffic periods on the platform can slow down the review process for everyone. New accounts can also face longer checks since there is less history. Keeping your ads simple and clean can help reduce the chances of waiting too long.
