Why do you think freelancers find it difficult to manage themselves?

Hardly you will see freelancers that always do weekly evaluation of themselves. They don't really talk more about how they can grow. Majority of them do not even care whether they are growing or not personally in as much they have what they are looking for-clients. There are many reasons for this. Overconfidence is what is causing it for most people. They believe they know it all and do not really need taking care of themselves.

One thing I can say is that it burns down to self-discipline. The majority of them lack self discipline the always want to do what pleases their mind. Discipline require you to do the things you don't like but they are necessary. So what is the master themselves it will be easier for them to achieve any goal they set their mind on.
