It is one thing to have visitors to his site and another thing is to keep the visitors. However, there are some situations where there won't be return of some of the visitors that visit these websites. What do you think can cause this situation?

A friend of mine has reported to me that visitors hardly spend more than a minute on his website despite targeting only what they want to read. Is there somethin he's doing wrong?

What do you think can be a cause to this? Why do visitors refuse to return?

Sometimes people leave fast because the content doesn't hold their attention long enough. Even if the topic matches what they search for, the writing may feel too short or not helpful. Another thing that can push visitors away is slow loading pages or too many ads. If the site looks confusing or hard to move around, they won't stay. Many users visit only once when they get their answer quickly, so they don't feel any need to come back.

I think one major reason visitors refuse to return is poor user experience. If the website is slow, hard to navigate, or cluttered with too many ads, people leave quickly. Content also matters if it isn't engaging, relevant, or easy to read, visitors won't feel motivated to come back. Ensuring fast loading times, clear design, and valuable, well-structured content can help keep visitors and encourage them to return.

In my opinion, people tend to leaven a site if the experience feels slow, pushy, or pointless. Also when pages load slow, pop-ups block content, or there's no clear reason to care. If the site doesn't solve a problem fast or feels untrustworthy, they're gone. So you need to fix all these if you are experiencing it in your site or store.
