Why do some freelancers eventually build agencies while others stay solo?

Do yoi notice that there are some freelancers that have grown to the stage of agents. They have moved from just being a solo freelancer to being an agent. They don't really take task from individuals, rather, they take from organizations and other big firms. There is a thin difference between those freelancers that do this and the one that just remain solo freelancers. It is important for freelancers to know whether they are building career on freelancing or not.

I will say that those that build freelance business and agency has division right from the inception and they are working towards it. Before you can manifest something physically you must have had a vision of it in your mind carrying it for so long and start preparing to establish them when the time is right.
