This is one of the most frustrating things that can happen on a freelancing platform. You follow the brief, deliver on time, and the client still leaves a low rating without a clear reason. Sometimes they are unhappy about something that was never part of the agreement. Other times it seems like they had expectations that they never actually shared with you. A bad review can affect how new clients see your profile even when you did everything right. Have you ever received a poor rating for work that matched exactly what the client asked for?

The problem is with them not you per se so how you have delivered what they want for them. It is their perspective maybe due to your geographical location or any other thing. The client might be racist so no matter what you do you will still not rate you very well
