It seems strange that someone would go through the effort of hiring a skilled person and then hover over every small decision like they are afraid something will go wrong. Sometimes it comes from a bad experience they had before, and other times it just seems to be the way they are wired. Either way, it can slow the whole project down and make the work feel heavier than it needs to be. Have you ever worked with a client like this, and how did you handle it?
