But some clients seem more comfortable with a full time hire even when a freelancer might cost less and bring more focused experience. Part of it might come from not fully understanding how freelance work operates. There is also the question of loyalty and long term reliability in their minds. Why do you think some clients still see freelancers as the riskier option compared to a regular employee?

The problem with them is that they are having trust issue in freelancers and most of them are wrong. They can also hire bad person and they are still not going to get the job done at the stipulated time. A wise business owner knows when to make use of freelancer to improve their businesses
