Ever wonder while some business men always want to go on the training themselves rather than sending their workers to attend? This is very common in developing countries. Some have attributed this to the fact that, business owners may not want their workers to know or have much knowledge about the course, in order not to be independent. This may sound as a conspiracy theory.

Others may think of the financial strength. The workers may be many. What do you think?
 
First off, it can be pricey, and not every business wants to spend money on that, especially if they're trying to keep costs low. Some just don't see the point or think their team already knows what they're doing. There's also the time factor whereby taking employees away from work for training can slow things down. And honestly, some owners just haven't really thought about it or don't realize how helpful coaching can be.
