A lot of freelancers focus heavily on the work itself and forget that keeping the client informed is just as important. Some think that as long as the final result is good, the client will be happy. But clients want to feel involved and reassured along the way. Poor communication can make even great work feel disappointing. A client who never heard from you during the project may not come back, even if they loved what you delivered. Do you think freelancers pay enough attention to communication?

The reason for this is that the majority of them fix it on making money rather than doing all the necessities that will make it easier for them to make money. If you are in hurry to make money you will be desperate to execute the job. And this can lead to bad reputation in the marketplace
