I don't understand why some freelance clients offer low rates for expert-level work. They want high-quality results but don't want to pay what it's worth. Is it because they don't know the value of the work? Or do they just try to save money? I have seen clients say they need experienced professionals but then offer beginner-level pay. It's frustrating because skills take years to develop. How do experienced freelancers deal with this? Why do clients offer less money for expert-level work?
