Most of the time, people are more likely to complain than to praise, especially when they're annoyed. If they're happy, they just use the product and move on. Sometimes, people also expect too much and get upset when things aren't perfect. Even though negative reviews can be tough to read, they actually help sellers figure out what went wrong and fix it.
