There's one thing people always complain about me especially in freelance business. People always says I am too rigid with the business. Some of the clients always complain about mine approach when they were chatting to make request about the services I offer in the marketplace. But the problem is that I always want to get clarity and I get pissed off when the client is not giving me what I want.

The question I want to ask you guys is that Why do clients love working with friendly freelance experts? I will be looking forward to your response in the comment section thanks in advance.
