To be honest with ourselves, many clients always run after having and meeting cheaper freelancers. They just want to have the freelancers charging them lesser amount. In fact there are some of them that do believe that any amount can satisfy a freelancer. The main reason why some of them are looking for cheaper price is because they want to save some money. Those that care about quality will not involve in this.
