Why are the clients only focusing on the freelancers with big portfolios?

I dont know whether you understand or not but the fact is that most clients always concerned with clients that have big portfolios. They always want to be associated with those that have big portfolios because they believe that they are the best. In most cases, this may not be that. There are sometimes that you need to check beyond just getting big portfolios. You may even have more than enough portfolios and still not really good at what you do.

Clients go with big portfolios because it feels safer. They want proof you can deliver before risking money and time. A lot of work looks the same so past results build trust fast. Beginners seem risky. It is not personal just that clients prefer hiring someone with clear evidence they have done it before.
