Those that are new to webinar making always find it very difficult to get the hearts of the users. Despite the fact that there are proper planning for this webinars, they still find it difficult getting the best turnout. The number one error is that they make use of some platforms that are not strong enough to accommodate more members.

Another mistake is that they don't compel their users to take action after the webinars. Actions like asking them to click a link or even buy the product at a discount price.

They talk at people for an hour without asking questions or checking if anyone is following along. When you sit through something like that, you start wondering why you didn't just read an article instead.
 
Another problem is bad audio quality or technical issues that waste time. Nobody wants to spend 15 minutes watching someone figure out screen sharing while everyone sits there silently. If you can't get the basics right, people will just leave and never come back to your webinars again.

A lot of webinars flop because the organizers forget who they're talking to. Sometimes it's all about pushing their brand or cramming way too much info, which makes it feel like a boring lecture. Tech issues, awkward slides, or speakers just reading off notes don't help either. Timing's a killer too. The biggest thing? Interaction. No polls, no Q&A, no chat, and folks feel like zombies watching instead of actually joining in. Basically, webinars rock when they're useful, easy to follow, and actually fun
