Why are some professional freelancers not ready to teach the new ones?

Do you notice that most professional freelancers don't likr teaching the new ones? They are not really doing this as wickedness. Sometimes they don't really have time to do this. They have many things that they are passing through which do not really give them the time to be creating time for teaching thr new freelancers.
