This may be a hasty generalization fallacy. Foreigners or even anybody always look for different factors before as selecting their workers. Sometimes, they may be looking for the workers that are closer to them. Some other time, they may be looking for people of their nationalities. And to say this, some people lie in their profile making the clients confused. Imagine someone that stays in Nigeria but having American account. What other factors do you know?
