My domain host is GoDaddy. I use the ".com" domain as the advertised site on my socials to try and sell prints, but I purchased the ".net" version also just to cover my bases.
My website was hosted by Zenfolio until 12/8. I decided not to renew with them and move over to InstaProofs to simplify things. During my year with Zenfolio I also had domain email through Microsoft 365 (also purchased from GoDaddy), but I've canceled that as well (went with a Gmail address). Anyway... I've been in contact with GoDaddy on 5 different occasions since Saturday about getting the sconnieshotz.com domain to forward to the https://sconnieshotz.instaproofs.com address, but I've had no luck. The sconnieshotz.net address works perfectly. Because is a secure site, my forwarding is setup with https and 301 permanent. Also, I went through my DNS entries and deleted a bunch of lines that had to do with add-ons I'd purchased previously. Now, when I compare my DNS entries for the two aforementioned domains (.com & .net), their entries are nearly identical. The only differences being the domain extensions and name servers (which are owned by GoDaddy and I cannot edit).
I've contacted Zenfolio to see if there's anything on their end that could be blocking it, but they said there isn't. I have zero idea why this isn't working at this point.
Any ideas?
