Why am I not getting clients despite reducing my price?

Most freelancers do believe that whenever they reduce their price, they will get more clients. This may not be true all the time. In fact, it is not always like that. There are some clients that do believe that charging low means nothing but the fact that the freelancers don't know much about the skills. That's why it is always better to change high and let the freelancers negotiate before arriving at a particular price.
