It stopped everything from feeling overwhelming and made it easier to just get started. I also began setting small daily goals instead of waiting to feel motivated, and honestly that helped a lot. Another thing was keeping my phone away when I needed to focus because distractions were slowing me down without me noticing. I also got into the habit of thinking about my day before sleeping, just to see what went well and what didn't. Over time, these little methods made me way more productive and less stressed.
