From my experience, the best time to send emails depends on your audience. For most B2B emails, mornings on weekdays work well because people check work emails early. For B2C, evenings or weekends can sometimes get better engagement since users are free from work. I usually test different days and times to see when open rates are highest. Tracking your audience behavior is key rather than guessing.

People tend to check their emails more on Tuesday to Thursday mornings, around 10 AM. You probably want to avoid late-night or weekend sends, as they can get buried in the inbox. Of course, if you're emailing busy folks, mornings are great, but for others, afternoons can work better. Honestly, it's all about figuring out what works for your crowd.
