I just started freelancing, but finding clients has been really hard. I have skills and can do the work, but I don't know how to reach people who need my services. I tried signing up on freelance websites, but nothing is working so far.

Should I focus on social media, cold emails, or something else? Do I need a portfolio or a website? I feel stuck and don't know what to do next.
