The most unusual niche I've seen was a site about collecting old board games. It had guides for finding rare games, restoring them, and even reselling them. At first, I thought it was too specific, but it had steady traffic from collectors and hobbyists. It seemed successful because it filled a gap for people who couldn't find much information elsewhere. That taught me to never underestimate a niche, no matter how strange it seems there's often an audience for everything.

Honestly, one of the weirdest niche ideas I ever worked on was a site focused only on unusual kitchen gadgets.
