The funniest thing I ever promoted was a banana slicer. It seemed like such a useless gadget, I mean who needs a special tool just for bananas? I thought no one would buy it, but to my surprise, it sold better than some of the serious products I promoted! I guess people found it funny or just wanted to try it. Looking back, it still makes me laugh, but it taught me that even the strangest products can find their audience.

I could remember the time I was working with a adult affiliate program. I was asked to promote adult toys. I could get it right with this because I have all my family and members on all my social media. I could not even used any of them to help me push the promotion even when I know the can help me..

I think most "embarrassing" promotions come from rushing into offers without checking them properly. When a product doesn't align with your content, it can feel strange trying to explain it to others. That's why choosing relevant offers is always more important than just picking random high-paying ones.

The marketing line was "confidently go commando." I had to demo it on a Facebook Live with a straight face while holding up this sad little grey sack.

Halfway through, someone commented, "Is this for your pants or your soul?" I completely lost it. The worst part? I genuinely tried to sell the "fresh breeze" scent. I watched the replay later. Zero units sold that day. I still have a box in my trunk. It's my shame trophy. Never again.
