What's the experience of a new freelancer without experience like on freelancing platforms?

I don't know whether you have someone that is working as freelancers but don't have much experience may be because they are new to the platform. If you do, some of them will tell you that they are always looked down upon. They don't want to give them tasks. They always believe that they cannot do better because they don't have any prior experience before. Some of them may stay years without hitting any tangible client that will give them task to prove themselves.
