Sometimes they go for those that charge low and other things. Unfortunately, they may make mistakes while choosing freelancers. Some of the clients underestimate freelancer who doesn't have much reviews or platform badge. There are some freelancers who are very good at what they do on their services. But client tends to focus more on the top sellers. I believe that only the top sellers can offer them what they really want
