What's stopping new freelancers from acting like professional that they should be?

I don't know if you have noticed this well but I have. I have seen new freelancers that don't act like professional at all. Most of them are scared of losing their clients. Instead of being firm, they act naive. Most clients, especially the experienced ones take this advantage of you. That's one of the issue. Majority of them as well do not learn how to be professional before they start. They are into freelancing just to make money and not really for any other thing necessary.
