What's differencd between freelancing and regular jobs?

There are a lot of difference between freelancing and regular job. Most of the time, freelancing doesn't require you to dedicate a fixed hours of your time while it is the routine when it comes to regular job. Regular job will make the workers to have a particular fixed number of hours to be coming to the office. Freelancing as well doesn't really require to have much skills as regular job will want you to have. What do you think?
