When researching niche profitability in affiliate marketing, you might want to start with tools like Google Keyword Planner to see search volume and competition. Another useful tool is Ahrefs, which can give insights into the traffic and backlinks of potential competitors. Also, consider using Amazon's Best Sellers list to gauge product demand. These tools can help you understand if a niche is worth pursuing. It's good to combine data from multiple sources for a complete picture. What do you think about these tools? Do you have any other suggestions or experiences to share on researching niche profitability?

I use a few tools that help a lot. First one is Ubersuggest—it shows me how many people are searching for a topic and how hard it is to rank for it. Then I use AnswerThePublic to find questions people ask about the niche. I also check Amazon to see if there are bestsellers related to that niche. If there are, it means people are buying. Last, I check social media to see if there's active interest. A niche with buyers and low competition is gold.

Google Trends is super helpful and completely free. It shows you if a niche is growing or dying over time. I also check Facebook's audience insights to see how many people are interested in specific topics and what their demographics look like. For affiliate programs, I browse ShareASale and ClickBank to see commission rates and gravity scores. Sometimes the best research is just spending time in Facebook groups where your target audience hangs out.

I spend a lot of time on Reddit researching niches. People are brutally honest there about products and problems. You can find subreddits for almost any topic and see what questions come up over and over. I also check Google's "People also ask" section and answer sites like Quora. These free methods often tell you more about real demand than expensive tools because you see actual human conversations, not just search numbers.

I use a mix of tools to research niche profitability. Some of my go-to options are Google Trends to see if interest in the niche is growing, Ahrefs or SEMrush for keyword research and competition analysis, and Amazon's Best Sellers to find trending products. For affiliate-specific insights, I also check platforms like ClickBank, ShareASale, and CJ Affiliate to see which niches/products are performing well. These tools give a good mix of data to evaluate demand, competition, and earning potential.

A common tool used for niche research is Google Keyword Planner. It helps show search volume and competition levels for different keywords, which can give a rough idea of how profitable a niche might be based on how many people are actually searching for it.
