I'm a bit unsure if I'm overcomplicating this or just missing something. I've been running my small online store for about a year and I've worked with a few suppliers from different countries. Managing them has been both exciting and stressful.

I recently added a new product line and started talking to three new suppliers. I've been using email and WhatsApp for updates. Sometimes I get quick responses. Other times I wait days for a reply. It slows down my plans and makes tracking orders messy.
