There are different things a business owner can embark on in order to avoid upsetting his customers. Some of the steps would include treating them like kings. Customers love to be treated right. Whenever we want to have our businesses promoted, then we need to have our businesses promoted.

Apart from this, there are different times that the business owners need to just give out discounts, gifts and other incentives to his customers, especially the old customers.
 
There is no way we won't come across some customers that may have ability to get upset on an issue. What will need to do is to calm down. We need to learn how to exercise patience during this time. Apart from this, we need to be honest in relating with them.
 
Listen when they have issues and get back to them fast. Don't promise stuff you can't deliver; it's better to surprise them with something extra than disappoint. Make sure your team is friendly, helpful, and patient, because one bad interaction can stick. Keep your products or services solid, and if you mess up, fix it ASAP. Little things like saying thanks or throwing in small perks go a long way. Bottom line: treat customers like real people, not just numbers, and they'll keep coming back
 
Sometimes, business owners need to go extra mile to ensure that the customers don't get upset. They should make sure the customers have access to where they can lodge their complaint. Doing this will let them have sense of belongings. Ensure you, as a business owner, attends to their grievances on time.
 
Running a business without annoying your customers is really about how you treat people. Just listen to them properly and don't brush off their complaints. Even if you can't solve everything, at least show you care. Keep things clear, like prices and delivery times, so nobody feels tricked. Also, stay calm and polite, even if a customer is being difficult. If something goes wrong, admit it and try to fix it quickly.
