For those that always focus on improving themselves while earning as well, they may have some skills that they have learnt on this platform. I will like to start with myself. Personally, I have learnt skills like writing skills, communication skills and even persuasion skills. I learnt these skills on various threads on this platform as well as from my interaction with the members of the forum.

I've learned how to manage my time better, especially when juggling tasks or working toward tight deadlines. Collaboration has also been a big part of the experience as communicating clearly, sharing ideas, and supporting teammates when things get busy. I've picked up stronger problem-solving skills too, since projects often require thinking on my feet and adjusting when plans change. On the technical side, I've become more confident using different tools and processes that keep work organized and efficient
