Ask What should workers promotion be based on?

While many have argued that promotion should be based on the duration and tenure of workers in a particular workplace, others have argued that promotion should be based on the impact of workers. There are some workers that haven't spent more time but have more impacts and vice versa.

How do you think a business owner would work out promotion in order to promote justice. Share it in the comment section below?

I know that there are several factors that are considered before promotion is based. But I think the best is to ensure that the promotion is based on the contribution of the workers. This will motivate others to want to do more as well. I love rewarding hardwork

It should really come down to how well they actually do their job. People who work hard, meet goals, and take initiative should definitely be considered first. But it's not only about results. Being reliable, easy to work with, and having a good attitude goes a long way. It also makes sense to promote people who are willing to learn and grow. If someone is always trying to improve, that's a good sign.

There is a need to make sure that you base the promotion of your workers on what they have done. Their contributions should matter the most to the business owners rather than using other means which include duration that the workers have spent in such a business or an organization
