First thing, check what changed. Are people bouncing, ignoring your emails, or marking them as spam? If yes, clean up your list and stop emailing folks who never open anything. That alone helps a lot. Take a look at your subject lines and copy too. Chill on the all-caps, too many links, and giant images. Make sure your email setup stuff is actually working, even if it's boring. Also, don't suddenly blast a huge list after being quiet forever.
