A scope document that only works for one type of project is not much of a template. The best ones have sections that are flexible enough to apply whether you are doing design, writing, consulting, or something more technical. Things like deliverables, revision limits, timelines, and what falls outside the project need to be there in some form no matter the work type. The language also needs to be clear enough that a client understands it without needing to ask questions. What do you always make sure to include in your scope documents?
