It happens more than people talk about. A client reaches out, the conversation goes well, they seem excited, and then suddenly they stop replying without any explanation. Waiting around for a response you may never get is frustrating, and it can throw off your own planning. Some freelancers follow up once or twice, while others just move on immediately. What is your usual approach when this happens, and do you think there is a right way to handle it without coming across as desperate or pushy?

The only thing you can do is to check up on them to know the reason why they ghost on you. If you don't receive any feedback you just simply move on to the next client. You don't need to act desperate to convert the prospect. It means the person is not interested in your service anymore
