I feel a little stuck trying to understand the balance between new traffic and repeat customers. I read a lot of opinions and now I don't know which one matters more for growth.
I started running ads to bring in new buyers. It worked for a while and sales went up. At the same time I tried email campaigns to get old buyers to return. Some came back, though not as many as I hoped.
Now I'm unsure which direction deserves more focus. What role does repeat customer retention play in scaling revenue compared to chasing new
