I'm new to this whole online course thing. I've got an idea I really believe in, but my audience is still small. I don't know if that's a big deal or not. I see others talking about building email lists and having thousands of followers. That's not me yet. I'm trying to figure out if I should focus more on growing my audience before I launch anything. Or can a small audience still work if the content is good? I feel a bit stuck and don't want to waste time or effort.
