What payment terms should I use on my freelance invoices?

Hello BMFers,
I am about to join freelancing. I have read more about freelancing and I have gotten every aspect. The only thing I want to know more about now is the isse of payment. I have read about different payment methods. Some one has told me about not Net 7 and Net 30. I don't really know more about this. And I will be glad if someone can tell me more about them for me to know it more.

If the project is of higher hint our advantage to go for escrow service as this will protect you from fraud of any kind from the client. Ali to believe that you won't be able to handle the dispute it will be very good to make use of freelance platform. If the client does not have an account you can simply tell them how to go about it open an account and do the contract over there
