What part of freelancing do beginners underestimate the most: finding clients, doing the work, or managing themselves?

It will amaze you that most freelancers don't really think about managing themselves. They just don't really care that much. They will try as much as possible getting clients, they will try doing the work just as they are expected. But when it comes to freelancing, majority of the freelancers always forget to manage themselves. They don't really try to study themselves knowing the next thing that it remains. Which aspect do you think is difficult?

I think the majority of the beginner freelancer underestimate finding client. Most of them believe that you just need to open an account on freelance marketplace and client will be coming straight to your DM without doing anything on your own part. This is the reason why many of them were left frustrated after several month of no order.
