I'm not sure if I'm approaching this the right way. I've been running my online store for over a year and I've recently started contacting manufacturers directly. It feels very different from ordering through middlemen.
I've sent emails, made calls, and even had a video meeting with one supplier. Some of them seem open to adjusting prices while others don't move at all. I tried asking for better payment terms once and the conversation got awkward.
