I am setting up a membership site but I don't know what legal policies I need. I have seen sites with terms of service and privacy policies. I am not sure what should be included. Do I need a refund policy or a disclaimer? I also worry about protecting user data and avoiding legal issues. Should I hire a lawyer or are there templates I can use?
