From my experience, a typical email marketing structure includes an attention-grabbing subject line, personalized greeting, valuable content in the body, a clear CTA, and a footer with legal info like unsubscribe options. Testing different layouts and sending times is also part of the structure to optimize engagement over time.
 
It usually starts with a subject line that catches attention so people want to open the email. After that comes a simple greeting like saying hello to the reader. Then the main message explains what the email is about, such as a new product, a sale, or some helpful tips. The email also includes a call-to-action which tells the reader what to do next, like clicking a link or checking out a website.
 
It is called first line personalized statement!! This is very key for every email marketing structure. This is because this determines if customers or clients will open you mail or not. It is meant to be attention grabbing. Not long but sent strong message before other details can follow.
