You should know that a newsletter is a regular update sent to your audience. You send newsletters to share news, updates, or valuable content. You usually send newsletters at scheduled intervals like weekly or monthly. A mailer is different. You use a mailer to send promotional messages or advertisements. You send mailers to encourage immediate action like purchasing a product. You often send mailers to a larger audience. You might send them less frequently. You should remember that newsletters focus on building a relationship, while mailers focus on driving sales. Both are important but serve different purposes in marketing.

A newsletter is like a chill update you get regularly—maybe weekly or monthly—with news, tips, or random stuff from a brand or group you're into. It's more about keeping in touch and sharing cool or useful info. A mailer, though, is more like, "Hey! Check this out!" It's usually a one-time thing sent to promote a sale, product, or event. Basically, it's trying to get you to do something—click, buy, sign up, whatever.

I think the difference is mostly about content and frequency. Newsletters are sent consistently, like every week or month, and include multiple pieces of useful information. Mailers are more like marketing messages sent once or occasionally, often to sell something or share a special offer. Newsletters are good for keeping your audience interested and building a relationship, while mailers are more about driving immediate clicks, conversions, or responses. Using both strategically can improve overall email marketing results.

A newsletter is like a little mini-magazine from a brand or group, sharing updates, tips, or stories on the regular. It's more about keeping in touch and building a vibe with readers. A mailer is more like a quick shoutout, usually to promote something specific like a sale, event, or new product. It's often one-off and pushes you to take action. So basically, newsletters keep you in the loop, mailers try to get you to do something
