It is quite funny how people who do not do technical work think that certain tasks take only five minutes. For instance, a client might think changing a whole website layout is a simple click of a button. In reality, that small change might require rewriting hours of code to make sure nothing breaks on the screen. What is that one task you often have to explain is much more complicated than it looks to an outsider who is paying?
