The way we work is changing so fast and some skills that used to be popular are not as important as they once were. I believe that being able to organize and manage large projects will become much more valuable than just knowing how to do one small task. Companies want people who can think for themselves and lead a process from the start to the very end. Which specific ability do you think will be in high demand in the near future?
