It is really painful to wake up and see that your hard earned badge is gone. You work so hard to maintain a good score and keep your clients happy only for the system to take it away. This badge usually helps you get better jobs because it shows you are a reliable freelancer. I think the support team should at least send a message to explain what went wrong. Have you ever lost your status suddenly and what steps did you take to get it back?
