Toptal is known for being a very elite platform that only accepts the best workers in the world. Many experts apply there but they get a rejection email that does not explain what they did wrong. Without knowing your mistakes, it is impossible to improve and try again in the future. I feel that they should at least tell you if your test score was low or if your interview was bad. How do you deal with this kind of silent rejection?
